Description

The MicroTubeTM is a state of the art preemption power supply designed for LED and low-profile lightbars, and it has a footprint small enough for the most space-challenged environments. Waterproof, versatile and very affordable, the MicroTubeTM will drive any strobe including (but not limited to) deck and windshield strobes, visor mounted strobes, PAR-36 and PAR-46, and virtually all lightbar-mounted strobes. Advanced diagnostics alert the user from inside the vehicle to failure modes that include faulty strobes and insufficient vehicle supply voltage, while the operating system monitors the actual operation of the power pack itself, including timing, device temperature, and other critical factors. Upgrades and options are available as separate plug-in, programmable modules which are easily installed. Designed to fit in all LED light bars, it quickly and easily installs in lightbars, engine compartments, or any cramped space. Installation time and expense is significantly decreased by eliminating lengthy cable runs between the strobe and power pack. An available installation kit increases mounting location options. User-selectable disabling features shut down the output when the transmission is placed in park or the emergency brake is engaged.
